Great natural homemade vinegar. The fermentation process is still not finished, but now the actual time for the recipe, because now a lot of grapes. Because recently in the sale of single baggage better, of course, is to do yourself. And it turns out natural grape juice, which can be closed for the winter.

Separate the grapes from the stems and press out the juice, better hands and always wear rubber gloves otherwise your hands will be the furnace. Through cheesecloth and then squeeze the pomace(pulp). And the resulting juice drink and enjoy, or boil and Bay in a jar, close. Next, put on the lid and wrap, and in the winter they enjoy.
Lay husks in a 3-liter jar, add sugar and water(at room temperature). Cover with gauze and put in a warm dark place for 2.5 - 3 months. After which pour out the vinegar through cheesecloth, poured into bottles are clogging tubes and stored in a cool place.

PS. The grapes are in any case not to wash!!!, it natural yeast. And the grapes you can use almost any, I mean if there are crushed or bitten by wasps, this is gonna go.
