Orange cherry cookies
Sour-sweet cookies with orange flavor and cherry glaze.

Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to 170 C. Prepare a baking tray (30*20), cover with foil, grease with vegetable oil. Grate in the zest of the oranges 5 tablespoons and squeeze 5 tablespoons of juice.

2. Blender whip the soft butter (175 g) sugar (1/4 Cup.), and 0.5 stack. powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons orange peel, 2-3 tablespoons orange juice until a thick mass.
