Homemade cookies are always tastier and better than store-bought, besides my mother's warm hands and love invested in every homemade dish.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350-400 г

  • Sour cream

    170 г

  • Sugar

    270 г

  • Butter

    100-125 г

  • Yolk egg

    2 шт

  • Salt

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Soda

    0,5 ч. л.

  • Sesame

  • Seeds

  • Milk

    2 ст. л.

Sift flour in bowl (initially took 350 g, the rest left for a Supplement), add the sugar, vanilla sugar.

Mix well.

In a separate bowl mix the sour cream and baking soda (to repay soda in sour cream).

Dry mix to pour in the sour cream and stir.

Butter cut into in a bowl of mixed products (better if the butter is soft) and begin to knead the dough.

Knead the dough to fully blend the oil, then add 1 egg yolk and, if necessary, add flour.

Knead the dough - not very steep (I have a stick in your hands) and put in the cold for 20-30 minutes. I cold not put, because I wanted to isolate cookies from pastry syringe, the syringe broke. From pastry bag, too, failed.

Chilled roll the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet (covered with baking paper). The hands moistened in water.

With a fork dipped in water to flatten the balls.

In a separate bowl beat 1 egg yolk with 2 tbsp milk.

Beaten egg yolk to grease cookies.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at t=180 C for 15-17 minutes (until Golden brown) on the middle shelf in the "upper/lower fire."
