Quince jam with cinnamon
Decided to make quince jam, checked on the website and only found one recipe without a photo. So I share my version. Fragrant jam with a fine touch of cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Quince

Quince wash.

Quince peel and cut the middle.

Cut into slices approximately 0.5 cm wide.

To fill the quinces with the sugar, add water and cook until tender, approx 2.5 - 3 hours. Depends on the variety of quince. 10 minutes Until cooked add the cinnamon sticks.
