Fruit and jelly cake
Delicate and light cake without baking with fresh fruits, jelly and yoghurt. The figure couldn't hurt.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    20 г

  • Yogurt

    250 мл

  • Banana

  • Kiwi

  • Pear

  • Sugar

Prepare gelatin according to the instructions on the package (I took 20g. gelatin 2 cups water). Add the sugar and mix thoroughly until complete dissolution of gelatin and sugar.

Kiwi and pear cut figural decoration.

On the bottom of the tank put the curly decorations and fill 1\4 of the prepared gelatin. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.

In the remaining gelatin, pour the yogurt and mix thoroughly.

The remaining part of kiwi cut into cubes, put on a frozen layer and pour another 1\4 part of the gelatin (with the yogurt). Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.

Banana cut into slices, spread on a frozen layer and pour another 1\4 part of the gelatin with the yogurt. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.

The rest of the pear cut into cubes, put on a frozen layer and fill the last part of the gelatin with the yogurt. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.

Prepare a dish that will accommodate the cake. After complete solidification of the cake (touch the jelly, if it leaves no traces and it is not deformed, so ready) capacity it is necessary to omit a FEW SECONDS in hot water, to get out of the water, cover the prepared dish and quickly flip. Do not lower the capacity for long because the chocolate will melt and "flow"!!!

Fruit and yoghurt can take any – to your taste. If you love jello together, then take more grams of gelatin, or the data in the recipe 20g. pour smaller quantity of water. Do not refrigerate the cake, because you will get cold. The cake is best kept in the fridge: cut off a piece and put it back to melted. Instead of one piece of cake can be poured into the bowl.
