Description
In the night from 18 to 19 December in every house there is a small magic. The little St. Nicholas comes and leaves under pillow gift... my daughter and I decided to slightly modify the ancient tradition (for which SV. Nicholas treats sweets)... and bake cookies for Nicholas. And now every year on the eve of this holiday we try to please him, and the resulting cookies are placed near Cribs, like, help yourself, SV. Nicholas.

Cooking
To start, melt the margarine, let cool down.
In a container pour the sugar and egg, whisk.
Pour the honey (if thick - melt), continue whisking. After about 30 seconds, pour the margarine, whisk.
Add flour. In flour make a deepening, pour in it the cream. Gasim soda vinegar, pour in the cream.
All stir first with a spoon, then spread on floured Board and knead the dough with your hands. Vegetable oil is poured slowly on the arm (so the dough doesn't stick). Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of half a centimeter, cut out the pieces and lay out on a baking sheet loosely, because the cookie grows a little bit in the oven. This year we baked figures of animals, stars, a Christmas tree (on it I put a few M&M\'s in the form of Christmas decorations).
Bake 5-10 minutes at 180 degrees. And that's what happens. When cookies have cooled, it can be lubricated with glaze (beaten egg whites with powdered sugar). By the way, the glaze is optional, you can add food coloring (beet juice, carrot). I just sprinkled with powdered sugar, because in addition to grown-up 3-year-old small daughter-assistant in the house there is a one year old son, who taking the opportunity thoroughly on sway in the kitchen and "decorated" it to your liking and have already urgently required mother's attention... But I hope that SV.Nicholas was not offended and enjoyed a cookie))) Because we baked it with all my heart. BON APPÉTIT!!!
