Biscuits crushed (I RUB on a grater). The quantity (weight)specified conditionally cookies - cookies are different everywhere. Should be enough for a standard bottom of a split form for the cake. Add the soft butter, fine grind.
The received weight evenly lay out and to stamp on the bottom of Thomas. You need to only do the base edge is not needed. Put in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Beat the egg whites (all three), no sugar. In another bowl three egg yolks whipped with sugar, then add the cottage cheese (ricotta), mascarpone, a spoonful of flour and vanilla.Stir well. Then add the beaten egg whites and stir gently.
To put this cheese in cream form on a base of cookie, spread gently. Put in a preheated 160°C oven for 35 minutes.
While baking, prepare: mix jam from wild berries with the juice of half a lemon and a little heat on low heat. To get the pie out of the oven and wait until cool.
The cooled cake and spread on top of prepared jams, and put up frozen berries ( do not thaw beforehand!). The finished cake to put on a couple of hours in the fridge.
Note: I used frozen raspberries, blackberries, red and black currants and, accordingly, jam of berries. But I think you can use any other berries and the same jam. Bon appetit!
