These cookies in my childhood was grandma, so decided to share with you, easy to prepare and unusual taste.
Ingredients

Oat flakes

Flour
4 ст. л.

Sour cream
3 ст. л.

Sugar
2 ст. л.

Salt
-
Soda
-
Walnuts
5-7 шт
Cooking
Add oats, sour cream, flour, sugar, salt, soda, mix well, add nuts (finely chopped), mix again, and get a fairly thick mass.
Heat the pan, grease with oil and fry like pancakes.
Fast, easy, and most importantly - delicious!
