1. Mix well the starch with 2 tablespoons cold milk. Heat the remaining milk with sugar and chocolate. 2. Mix chocolate and starch pulp, bring to a boil. Add the essence and pour into a high round shape (deep dish) greased with oil. Place in the fridge overnight. Whip the cream and place on the product, curly chocolate garnish.
