1. The flakes combine with yogurt and water. 2. Beat the yolk with the honey, pour the cereal. 3. Add cottage cheese, grated Apple, steamed in boiling water raisins, peanuts, cinnamon, vanilla, and flax seeds. 4. Protein vzbit with a pinch of salt to a peak, pour in the received weight.
1. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, greased with vegetable oil, lay the mass, forming the cookies. 2. In a preheated 180 degree oven sent cookies for 30 minutes with minimal flame.
