Cooking

step-0
100 g corn flour and pour in 200-250 ml of boiling, salted water and cook until tender (15-20 minutes on low heat). After adding the butter and vanilla sugar. To the warm polenta and add starch and mix well.
step-1
The resulting mass is going to do baskets. This would require molds for muffins or tartlets. I have silicone, with them it is more convenient to work with (easy to remove). With wet hands spread the polenta over the cups to form baskets. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 5-7 minutes.
step-2
Pumpkin mode pieces (more or less than this is at your discretion). Add the raisins and put in microwave for 3 minutes (power 800W), you can not put but so our meal will be prepared quickly.
step-3
Take out the tarts from the oven and on the bottom put the cherries (a few berries), if cherries are frozen, you must unfreeze it.
step-4
On top of the cherries on the bed of pumpkin with raisins and sprinkle all with sugar. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 7-10 minutes.
step-5
Optional finished dish sprinkle with powdered sugar. If you don't love pumpkin, feel free to take apples or pears. Going to be delicious! Still it becomes very tasty if the cherries to the bottom of the baskets, to put more and cheese. The baskets themselves are soft and fragrant. Bon appetit!
