If you are partial to coffee-this recipe is for you. Prepared quickly, looks impressive, has a rich coffee flavor. I looked through the recipes already on the site, my very simple and quick, the ingredients are minimal. Any man on the shoulder:)

Milk heat, pour in the coffee, if ground, it is necessary to strain the drink. Egg whip the egg yolks with sugar in a solid foam, add starch and beat again.
Vigorously stirring pour the beaten egg yolks into the hot coffee.
The mixture is heated until thick without ceasing to stir.
Pour in molds, decorate and put in the refrigerator.
Can be served warm. With sponge biscuits or wafer rolls. And most importantly - love.
