Cooking
RUB with cane sugar and egg yolks. If there is no sugar, you can take normal.
Add to the dough a small amount of butter that the pastry was not dry.
A wooden spatula and mix up the dough the flour and baking powder.
Beat egg whites and add them to the dough, also mixed with a wooden spatula. The dough is ready!
Now go to the stuffing surprise. So, you will need steamed prunes and milk chocolate. Chocolate to break or cut into small cubes to fit into a prune. In each prune, put a piece of chocolate.
Put 1 prune in each mold with the dough. Cupcakes are baked in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The finished cupcakes to cool.
For the glaze you need to mix the sugar, cornstarch and cocoa powder. Pour it all warm milk, mixed with butter, and stir until smooth, to avoid lumps.
