Cooking
Mix softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and sifted flour with baking powder.
Cookies grind into crumbs.
Crushed cookies add to the flour mixture and grind until obtaining fine crumbs.
Ready put the dough in a baking dish, greased. It is best to take a split form, because it will be easier to remove the cooked cakes, but I, unfortunately, not among the lucky owners of detachable forms, so I used normal all-in-one form. Then tightly trombate dough around the perimeter of the shape.
Begin to prepare the chocolate dough. To do this, mix the yogurt, eggs, sugar and oil.
Whisk in a homogeneous mass.
Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.
And add the prepared dry mixture to the egg mass. Knead homogeneous dough. (When I was kneading the dough, its color seemed to be enough chocolate, so I added in the dough sucker chocolate paste to give a more saturated color.) Chocolate pour the batter on top of the previously prepared sand base. And bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 min. the Finished dough to cool, without removing from the mold.
And yet the baked dough cools, can prepare creamy strawberry layer. Finely chop milk chocolate.
Finely chop the strawberries.
Whip the cream with sugar in a lush foam.
Pre-soaked gelatin dissolve over low heat without bringing to a boil. Then mix a couple of tablespoons of cream with okhlazhdeniem gelatin and mix with the bulk. Creamy mass, add the chopped chocolate and strawberries and mix gently.
Evenly spread the prepared cream on the surface of the cooled cake and put into the refrigerator until firm. I grabbed the cream for 40 min.
The last stage - cooking chocolate cream. Beat yogurt with sugar. And now the same as in the previous case, mix a few spoonfuls of the mixture with the dissolved gelatin, then add to the mixture.
Dark chocolate melt in a water bath or in the microwave. And add to the yogurt mass, mix gently. Pour the cooked cream, the surface of the product before freezing to clean the refrigerator. This time I again took 40 minutes.
Now the most important thing to carefully extract the product from the mold. Of parchment, which I made a form that "bumpers" I've got the curves, ugly. So I heat a knife and slice it, aligning the edges. And then the cake cut into portions and served to the table.
