Eggplant with mushrooms in Oriental style

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 ст. л.

  • Tomato

  • Eggplant

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cilantro

  • Salt

The dish is prepared quickly, but its preparation requires a constant presence at the stove, so all products prepare in advance.
