Carefully separate the whites from the yolks. For meringue takes sugar (I prefer powdered sugar, grind sugar in a coffee grinder) and proteins in the ratio 2:1. For the cream beat butter at room temperature, gradually add the condensed milk, continuing to whisk.
On a plate, or background, put the first layer in the form of a circle on a meringue bottom, smear a little cream and glue it to the plate. The gaps between meringue filled with cream, nuts, can be crumbled meringue. Spread the next layer, forming a tree. Insert twigs of rosemary. For decoration I used the sprinkles "Dr. Oetker".
