Spicy soft cookies. Has a light caramel flavor thanks to brown sugar. Its taste reveals better the day after baking. Can be a great sweet gift for the New year.

Cooking
Grease a baking sheet with oil.
Sift the flour with razryhlitelem.
Add the remaining butter. And rasteret with the flour until crumbs.
Add to the mix the spices, sugar.
The Apple is finely chopped.
Add Apple and egg to the dough. Mix well.
Add milk to form soft dough.
Tablespoon put the dough on a baking sheet at a distance from each other. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 180°C oven.
