Sorbet of cactus (prickly pear)
Delicious, healthy, refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

  • Cactus

  • Sugar

  • Water

    50 г

  • Egg white

Heat the water and sugar until dissolved last. The resulting syrup leave to cool.

Prickly pear is cleaned, as shown in my recipe for "jam of prickly pears" to cut into pieces, put in blender, blend.
