Here are our ingredients. Oil in advance, remove from refrigerator to warm, boil the rice until tender, cool, pumpkin grate, nuts grind. And don't forget to turn on the oven to warm up (I have a gas, the desired temperature is 180)
Oil mix with sugar and vanilla
In sugar-butter mixture one by one enter the eggs
In the butter-sugar-egg mixture add rice and nuts, stir
Then add the pumpkin and again mix well
Put the mass into a greased form (I have, as you can see, rectangular, size 20x30), sprinkle the top with cinnamon. I do it through a strainer so that the cinnamon did not fall in groups or clumps. Then put it into the preheated oven at least 40 minutes (exact cooking time depends on the specific oven). Willingness to check visually: when the edges were brown and the casserole has ceased to pretend that it was boiling, then it is ready. Beauty, of course, zapekanku will not name, but a lot depends on the varieties of pumpkin: some varieties do not lose much color during heat treatment, some did not.
