Delicious, light dessert with a wonderful combination of Apple and mint. Cream is done quickly and you can immediately enjoy.

Cooking
To separate the protein from the yolk.
Pour yogurt in a bowl in which to cream.
To the yolk add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
Beat.
Add the flour.
Stir until smooth. The mass is thick.
The egg mass add yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Cook over medium heat until thick.
Apple grate into the cream.
Mix well.
Mint wash.
Crumble in the cream. Such mixed the cream turned out!
Put in a Cup, decorate with the mint.
