Cooking
Cane sugar grind in a coffee grinder into powder.
Melted butter mixed with eggs and powdered sugar.
Add the vanilla sugar, ginger, cocoa and sifted flour. The dough will be quite thick.
Rectangular shape ( I size 32 by 24 cm) oil, put the parchment and pressing down firmly. The dough to distribute evenly across the form (this is the hardest part in this recipe :)) sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles.
