Cooking

step-0
Cane sugar grind in a coffee grinder into powder.
step-1
Melted butter mixed with eggs and powdered sugar.
step-2
Add the vanilla sugar, ginger, cocoa and sifted flour. The dough will be quite thick.
step-3
Rectangular shape ( I size 32 by 24 cm) oil, put the parchment and pressing down firmly. The dough to distribute evenly across the form (this is the hardest part in this recipe :)) sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles.
step-4
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. To get the parchment out of shape and quickly until the dough has cooled, cut the cookies into triangles.
step-5
Lay the triangles in the shape of a Christmas tree.
