Cottage cheese casserole with cranberries
Cottage cheese casserole with soy flour instead of the usual semolina, starch or wheat flour is obtained with a slight nutty flavor and slight acidity of the cranberry.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    700 g

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Flour soy

    50 g

  • Stevia

    2 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cranberry

    150 g

Cooking

Proteins combine with the salt and baking powder. Leave for 5 minutes to let the baking powder slightly foamed.

Work into a light lather.

Curd eggs with the vanilla and stevia. This can be done in a blender and through a colander.

Add the flour.

Mix well until smooth.

Add cranberries and whipped egg whites. Mass will be quite thick, not liquid.

Put in a baking dish. I have a form with non-stick coating so no oil and baking paper are not veiled.

Bake in a preheated 130 C oven for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven, but the casserole not to take another 20 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into portions.

This casserole is suitable as a wholesome Breakfast, lunch or dinner, or as a wholesome dessert. Berries you can replace any fruit to taste.
