Easter crimson
I love Easter! Cook them all year round and trying different recipes:) One of my favorite crimson, found in one wonderful LJ. Delicate structure... and as always, easy cooking)) on the eve of holidays cakes very handy:)

Form or small bowls (2-3) covered with wet gauze (I have to PASOK special cloth in frequent small hole) to Put the cake on the gauze, cover it with the ends. Under the press in the fridge overnight:) Done!
