Flour
20 г
Cooking
garlic finely chop and onion and fry in butter
add the flour and mix well
to remove the small grater, zest the lemon and squeeze the juice of two lemons
chicken soup cook until ready meat extract in the boiling broth add the browned vegetables
add the zest
....and juice
season with salt and pepper reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes then pour the soup in a tureen and add the cream
as the soup cools, put it in the fridge, VERY TASTY!!!BON APPETIT!!!
