This dish is something between regular porridge and a delicious dessert. From pluses: the lack of refined sugars and gluten, a small amount of oil. Cooking
Flaxseed meal (or ground Flaxseed) pour 65 ml of warm water and leave for 15 minutes.
Mix oatmeal, spices (cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, salt) and dried cherries.
Carrots grate on a fine grater or chop in a blender. Add to dry ingredients.
Squeeze the juice of 1 orange, add 400 ml of water, sunflower oil, and soaked flax flour. Mix thoroughly. (If You like sweet, you can add a few tablespoons of honey.)
Form (20 by 25 cm) grease with vegetable oil. Put the dry ingredients, level. Top evenly pour the liquid mixture (you can even mix a bit). Let it sit a little so the oatmeal has absorbed the liquid.
The nuts coarsely grind and mix with liquid honey. If honey is solid, you can slightly warm it on the stove. Nuts to put on top of the dough.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. The top should be Browning. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
