Mix the cheese, eggs, sugar (I love a casserole and add just 4 tablespoons of sugar, so be guided by your taste), vanilla sugar, semolina, yogurt (reserve 3 tablespoons, and the rest of the dough), salt. Carefully knead the dough by hand.
Put into the form and top lubricated with the remnants of the yogurt. Bake at about 170-180C for 50 minutes.
Allow to cool zapekanka about 15-20 minutes and enjoy this delicious.
