Dish for zucchini lovers. A lot of them now and every time I want to cook something else.
Ingredients

Zucchini

Cooking
Ingredients.
Zucchini cut into cubes. If the tavern already, with thick skins and seeds, it should be cleaned. I was young zucchini, I just cut.
Onion cut half rings.
Grate cheese on a grater.
Mix zucchini with onions, portion of grated cheese, cumin, salt and pepper. Put into a form, lubricated with oil, and cook under a lid for 10 minutes in microwave at PM (full power).
Mix the breadcrumbs with the remaining cheese.
Sprinkle the courgettes with cheese biscuits.
Cook for another 2 minutes at PM no cover.
