Ingredients for casseroles.
Onion cut into half rings.
Saute the onions until Golden brown in butter (leaving a 0.5 tbsp for greasing forms). Remove from the heat.
Buckwheat flakes of TM "Mistral" to fill with hot water 1:2, mix and cover. Let stand three minutes.
In a large bowl put the oat flakes, add shredded cheese, egg, onion and 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and flax seeds.
Salt to taste (given how salty cheese). Mix well.
Form for baking grease with butter. Put the mass into the shape of a surface and sprinkle the remaining sesame seeds and flax.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the casserole for 30 minutes, until tender. Casserole should be lightly browned.
