Can't remember where to get this recipe, but when you need to cook, it is indispensable. It is a Spanish dish, I've changed a bit and cook in the microwave. Quick and tasty.

Chicken fried in soy sauce.
Folded into a form for microwave oven, add garlic and chopped tomatoes. Pour tomato juice. In the microwave for 15 min on high power.
