Potato gratin with peas
There are many recipes for casseroles, maybe my not new, but I didn't want to go to the store, and I decided to make a casserole from what was available.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300-400 г

  • Potatoes

    3-4 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Green peas

  • Soft cheese

    150 г

  • Mayonnaise

    200 г

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

Potatoes cut slices, 3-5 mm thick, onion half-rings. In form, greased, put a layer of potatoes, then half of the onion, sprinkle with spices (I got the potatoes).

Then sprinkle with half of grated carrots, spread the stuffing, salt, pepper, spices to taste and pour mayonnaise.

Then again onions, carrots, peas, and potatoes on top, seasoning to taste and pour mayonnaise.

Put in the oven at 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes until cooked sprinkle with grated cheese or spread on top of the dish slices of cheese (like me).
