Horns nautically liver
We rarely eat liver, preferring it to the meat, but it is very useful and can be no less tasty than a piece of chicken or pork. I suggest You make some pasta with the liver in the "sailor" style with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    700 г

  • Horns

    300 г

  • Carrots

    2 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Leeks

    50 г

  • Milk

    250 мл

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    3 ст. л.

Carrots, onions and leeks (can be green or white part) wash, peel and chop not too large.

The liver is also my, clean from the films (for this drop for a few seconds in boiling water) and cut into pieces.

Vegetables and liver mince.

Heat the pan with oil, fry the resulting mass. Salt.

Pour into the pan the milk, cover with a lid and stew for 5-7 minutes on low heat.

Boil the pasta in boiling salted water, recline on a sieve.

Mix of liver beef and macaroni, slightly warmed. Optionally, you can add butter or some ketchup - but without them, delicious!)
