Cooking
Here are the necessary ingredients. Plus of course salt and spices, which I forgot to place in the frame.
Thoroughly wash and peel mushrooms. Cut into small pieces. It all depends on how You like to feel the mushrooms in the dish - you can cut and large plates.
In a pan melt the butter, add the mushrooms and fry until tender. Salt to taste, add pepper.
Begin to prepare sauce. I prefer to do it in a saucepan. Melt the butter, add the flour and mix everything carefully. Fry until Golden state.
A thin stream pour the milk. And, continuing to stir constantly, to avoid lumps, bring the sauce to a boil.
I did this at medium heat, after boiling, continue to cook on very low heat until a thick cream. At this stage I have podalia sauce to taste and added nutmeg.
Mushrooms are ready. Add them to the sauce and stir.
Make sheets of lasagna. Boil them before baking is usually specified on upabove manufacturer. Mine had to boil for 3-4 minutes in boiling water with olive oil so that the sheets are not stuck together.
I baked the lasagna in portion forms. Molds lightly greased with olive oil.
Spread two tablespoons of sauce with mushrooms.
Cover with a sheet of lasagna.
Top two tablespoons of the sauce and sliced mozzarella cheese, sauce again... and we repeat our previous steps
I got two of these portions of the form.
In a pre heated oven (160 degrees) to put the lasagna bake for 30-35 minutes.
