Skewers of pork liver
I suggest the kebab recipe for liver lovers! This is a simple, quick and delicious recipe!

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    1,5 кг

  • Mesh fat

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Parsley

    1 пуч.

  • Lemon

    1 шт

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Liver wash, clean (if possible) from film and cut into equal pieces of about 4-5 cm Folded into a saucepan. To the liver add the chopped onion, parsley, pepper, salt and sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir and leave for 15-20 minutes.

The net fat spread and cut into squares to fit one piece of liver.

Wrap each piece of liver (with parsley) plump on all sides so nothing was hanging (will burn).

Placed our pieces on a skewer tightly to each other and roast on the coals for 5-10 minutes (depending on size of pieces). To check the readiness: it is possible to make an incision and look - the color of the juice must be without blood. But do not overdo kebab on the coals, and it will be dry and hard!
