Rice-meat casserole with gravy

Boil the rice and allow to cool.

Boil the meat (the broth in which the meat is cooked, do not pour out), meat scroll C/o a meat grinder or in a blender

Scrolled boiled meat saute for 5 minutes, adding 100 ml of broth and a knob of butter

Mix meat, rice, and add diluted broth (100 ml) egg. Season with salt to taste. Mass should not be very tight. You can, at discretion, add more broth. All the rice will take in.

In a greased form lay on the prepared ground layer 4-5 cm, smooth. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for about 30 minutes - until light Browning.

On a coarse grater grate the carrots, zucchini and chop cauliflower

Meat broth 400 ml bring to boil, put it in a vegetable mixture of carrots, zucchini, cauliflower and cook slightly until soft. Add salt to taste.

Dissolve in 100 ml of warm broth 3 tbsp flour, pour the mixture into the gravy while stirring. Bring to a boil and thickens. Add 2 tbsp of sour cream. Gravy is ready. If desired, you can add finely chopped greens.

When the casserole is ready, sprinkle it with cheese and leave for a few minutes in a hot oven to melt cheese

Ready and slightly cooled casserole to cut into pieces. Feeding, watering sauce on top.
