Sift the flour, make a well, pour water, add salt.
Knead the dough. Put in a plastic bag and leave for 30 min.

Roll out the dough as thin as possible, but not until transparent.
Put the dumplings in the usual way. I did it by the hands of someone, perhaps for speed you will want to do it on the pelmennica - too bad.
Cook the ravioli in salted water for 5-7 min. Well, the dumplings are ready.
