Cottage cheese dumplings in cherry sauce
Unusually fragrant and delicious meal I have prepared today out baked in a creamy cherry sauce curd dumplings with cream crust.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    100 г

  • Cheese

    200 г

  • Flour

    3 ст. л.

  • Vanilla

    1 пакет.

  • Sugar

    3 ст. л.

  • Sour cream

    120 г

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Butter

    50 г

Mix sugar, curd, egg and flour. Knead the dough.

Soaked in cold water by hands to form dumplings the size of a walnut.

In boiling salted water, drop the dumplings, after their ascent immediately removed.

Spread on top of frozen cherries, pitted.

Sour cream mixed with sugar and vanilla, pour on top of dumplings. On top lay the pieces of butter TM "Ekomilk". It will give the dish a special creamy taste and cover its fragrant crust.
