The liver is cut into cubes of 4 by 4 cm Add salt, spices, finely chopped garlic. Onion, roughly chopped, vegetable oil, slices of bacon, soy sauce (you can add mayonnaise). Mix well. Marinate 15 minutes. Skewers soak in water.
