Cottage cheese spread in the MIS, mash with a fork. Add the eggs, paprika, turmeric, stir well. Add cheese, ham, greens.

Season with salt and pepper to your taste, formed into patties. Roll them in breadcrumbs, fry in olive or vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side over medium heat, then hold it under the lid for 2 minutes on very low heat. Serve with sour cream!
