Dumplings are loved everywhere, but many Housewives are unfairly overlook the filling of the black radish, absolutely nothing in my opinion. Dumplings are not spicy, very tasty, perfectly combined with sour cream and butter.

Cooking
Make the dough for dumplings on a favorite recipe. I use this http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/238 56/ the Dough will be elastic, fine and thin rolled.
Black radish clean, RUB on a small grater and leave to let the juice. It is extremely juicy even now (in the spring), and the excess moisture we do not need. Squeeze the radish with your hands (it turns out a lot of juice) and start preparing "meat": one big radish we will need 1 egg, 1 tbsp sour cream and salt/pepper to taste.
