It's the ingredients we need to prepare the meat filling for homemade ravioli.
Soak bread in milk for about 5 min.

This recipe goes somewhere 4-5 cups of flour. In the ingredients I pointed out, 4.5 Cup if the dough is not firm enough, the flour will pour. After the dough is made, it is possible to give a little rest, and myself, too! Well, you can just do homemade dumplings.
As I said earlier, in my other recipe on Homemade Noodles that my Arsenal of kitchen appliances is the mechanical machine, which is called "Restorestate", brands of such machines very much, but the principle is the same. With this machine, I once clocked 8 kg homemade ravioli, my freezer barely survived such an onslaught of home Palmera that in it went ;-) In our recipe, the yield will be less of course! From the basic piece of test, you must pinch off a small piece (about a palm), flatten it slightly with your hands, roll in flour and place in this mechanical machine for rolling dough.
The machine has several modes of rolling dough, the first dough is rolled out quite a bit, and leaves a fairly thick layer, but as soon as I switch it on different modes, then the dough is rolled out gradually, and become very long, and its thickness is 0,5 mm. the Machine need to turn the handle manually, as before spinning mechanical grinder. Another thing I would like to say that I do not recommend buying this car with electric drive, because the hands are much easier to catch the right moment when you need to slightly tweak the dough with your hands. But with an electric car it will be hard to do, because it is very fast, I think that this is an electric machine fit only for some dumplings, but not for home cooking. And the price of this drive hits the pocket, because the money you can buy 2 of these machines!
Here's a long "sheet" happens in the end is the last mode of rolling (dough thickness 0.5 mm). The dough definitely need to add some flour, otherwise it will stick together! I sprinkled the dough with flour after each rolling mode, otherwise all stick together in a lump!
