Liver breaded with pumpkin balls
Love the products, especially chicken liver. I think it is very worthy combined with vegetables. Now, of course, pumpkin time, all the harvest of this versatile, healthy and tasty vegetable. Therefore, I wanted a garnish to the liver to cook the pumpkin. But that would not have been "boring", it is also a chutney of tomatoes with the addition of homemade carrot jam. Every component of the dish complemented each other. Spicy liver with crispy crust, pumpkin with a creamy taste and spicy, sweet and sour chutney. It turned out IDEALьное combination!

While preparing liver with pumpkin to make the sauce chutneys: Tomato scalded with boiling water, remove the skin and cut into pieces. Onion and garlic clean and finely chop. From pepper, cut off one third and also finely chop.

All fry gently for 5 minutes, adding vegetable oil IDEAL. At the end add salt and pepper to taste, barberry and homemade carrot jam, simmer until the sauce is evaporated, about 2-3 minutes.
