Cooking
Prepare the filling: Cut the onion into squares and the mushrooms into strips. Simmer the onions on a sunflower oil about 2 minutes, add the mushrooms, cover the pan with a lid and simmer everything on low heat about 10 min.
When the mushrooms release the juice, open the lid and continue to fry the mushrooms to complete evaporation of the juice. Pepper and salt to taste, remove from heat and leave to cool our stuffing.
Start preparing the stuffing. Mix in a deep dish mince, egg, cheese (or bread soaked in water), salt, pepper and rosmarine :). Knead the minced meat.
On a flat surface, put a sheet of baking paper, greased with vegetable oil. On paper spread the stuffing and using a rolling pin, roll out into the reservoir with a height of 2 cm.
On the seam evenly distribute the mushroom stuffing.
Form a loaf. Cover it with paper and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. After half an hour of waiting, put the loaf (in the paper) on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 45 mins at 200 degrees. Then remove the paper and do our roulette crust - 20 minutes on the grill mode.
