Delicate potatoes with mushrooms and green beans
Simple, hearty and extremely delicious dish. Cooked vegetables have a smell of the forest and very delicate taste. I never thought that a dish without meat can enjoy. Try it, and I hope you will appreciate! The idea of the recipe suggested to a Dutch colleague.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 г

  • Carrots

  • Dutch cheese

  • Cream

  • Seasoning

  • Green beans

Chop the onion, RUB on a coarse grater carrots. Throw in a saucepan the onions and carrots. Saute on medium heat in water for 5-7 minutes. Then add the chopped potatoes and beans. Simmer for another 7 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms and throw them in boiling water for 7 minutes.

All combine and season with salt and add the seasoning. Simmer for another 5 minutes. If you will burn, then add a little water.

To put all in a baking dish. Add the cream (you can replace them with milk). It is not necessary that they cover the vegetables. Level cream should be 1/5 - 1/4 of the shape.

Put into the oven. I have a microwave oven functions and different modes. I chose the chicken mode, because it is convection, and heat from above, heat from below. Mode automatically produces 25 minutes, but I put on about 12 minutes away.

Three minutes before ready to cover plastics cheese. Probably, the grated cheese will be even better.
