A very simple dish. Just fried zucchini in batter.

My zucchini and cut into large bars. Sprinkle with salt, give a little to stand, so that the zucchini let the juice.
Break three eggs and mix with spices.
This is my breading.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sticks until Golden brown.
