In flour add egg, milk or water, salt and knead the dough gradually adding the flour.
Green onions finely crumble. In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, onion, add salt to taste. Mix well.
Cut the obtained dough roll out thinly with a rolling pin, a glass cut out circles.
