Cooking
Onion peel and cut into cubes.
Peel the carrots and also cut into cubes. In skillet, heat vegetable oil and fry the onions with the carrots until it changes colour
Bell pepper and zucchini, wash, dry. From pepper to remove the core, cut into slices. Add to vegetables in pan. Zucchini cut into 4 pieces, then cut into slices. Add to the vegetables. Cook together for 3-4 minutes.
Chicken fillet wash, dry, cut into pieces equal in size pieces of zucchini. Add to the vegetables. Cook till color changes.
Add the pearl barley to the pan. Mix well.
Pour in 1 C of hot water. Cook until the liquid is evaporated.
Salt. Sprinkle with seasoning. Again pour 1 tbsp of water and cook until evaporation (repeat until cooked barley)
Serve the dish hot. Bon appetit!
