Delicious economical cutlets from cabbage with millet, carrots and greens. I never buy anything for these meatballs. So I called them "out Of". With everything we've got in the fridge. And every time I have different taste. But today was especially delicious!

Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
Wash and cut cabbage into large chunks.
Cook the cabbage for about three minutes. Do not overcook!
Discard in a colander to drain the water.
While the cabbage cools, cut the onion finely. On a grater rubbing is not advised, as it turns out more juice than you need. I chops onions are always cut.
Finely chop the dill. I don't add any other greens (we don't really like).
Three on a fine grater carrots. Cutlets from carrots become a beautiful orange color and slightly sweet taste.
Kale is cold - you can mince. If too much water is obtained - can be drained. But I usually have excess water flows until the cabbage cools. And that "squeeze" the meat grinder, it is useful to have a little swelled semolina.
Pour the semolina in a twisted cabbage, add spices and salt. You can add spices later, but I add dried vegetables that need a bit of swell along with semolina. Therefore, we leave this mixture for 10 minutes.
Then mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mass. Very important! Millet should be pre-cooked! But you can use other squashes (what's in the fridge). The result is always a different taste, but always delicious!
Form patties and coat in breadcrumbs. I use homemade bread crumbs - so delicious with a very crispy crust. To make biscuits, bread, I rubbed on a grater and dried in the oven. Get a beautiful Golden flakes.
Pour oil into a frying pan and heat. I use the oil of the brand "Oleina".
Fry patties until the formation of a crispy Golden crust.
Cakes are ready! You can eat. Very tasty with sour cream sauce (but the sauce to serve, of course, not during lent). For the sauce: sour cream, chopped garlic, chopped dill and a little salt. Bon appetit!
