Cooking
Cut into small cubes onion, bell pepper.
Also dice the carrots. Chicken fillet cut into pieces of approximately 2x2 cm
In hot oil fry onion, then add bell pepper.
Add the vegetables to the carrots, fry. Put in a pan fillet and fry it lightly, then add the broth or water. Take the amount according to your taste, depending on how thick sauce you want.
To make the sauce: in a bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, tomato paste, sugar, lemon juice. Mix well.
Add the sauce to the chicken and vegetables, and stew all together over medium heat until tender, just a few minutes. At the end of cooking add fresh or dry Basil to taste.
