I recently watched downloaded from torrent cookbooks and came across an interesting recipe: "Dumplings with cabbage and cheese"... a Strange combination... this and was hooked, so decided to try out the recipe. My men after dinner, asked: "And what was the dumplings?" The taste was really interesting...
