Double mushroom cheeseburger with eggplant
If you love vegetables with meat, you will like this dish. Burgers with the addition of finely chopped mushrooms out very tender and juicy and goes wonderfully with the crispy fried eggplant slices. The soy sauce gives the dish a special unusual touch.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Soy sauce

  • Chicken egg

  • Bread crumbs

    5 ст. л.

  • Dutch cheese

    6 шт

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Eggplant and mushrooms.

1. Scald the tomatoes and remove the skin and cut into small cubes. One onion finely chop and saute in vegetable oil until transparent, add finely chopped garlic (2 cloves), chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes until evaporation of excess fluid and form a thick sauce. Add the chopped Basil. Allow to cool and scroll in a blender until smooth.

2. Mushrooms and second onion chopped very finely, preferably in a food processor. Finely chop the remaining two cloves of garlic.

3. Mix the minced meat with mushrooms, onion and garlic and add soy sauce and pepper and form a flat round patties (the size of the diameter of the eggplant).

4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.

4. Fry the meatballs on both sides until Golden brown.

6. Eggplant cut into round plates. Dip each in flour, then in egg beaten with a spoonful of water, and then in breadcrumbs and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown.

7. Assemble the cheeseburger: the circle of hot fried eggplant to put a spoonful of tomato sauce, then a slice of cheese, a meatball, and tomato sauce.

8. Repeat everything again, completing the design another circle of eggplant. Just pour tomato sauce on top.
